At Lagna Drishti, our reports and consultation services are personalized for each customer. Please read the following policy before making a purchase.

1. Personalized Reports

Once payment is completed and preparation of a personalized report has started, the order is generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, as the service is customized specifically for you.

If you have paid but we have not yet started processing your report, you may contact us to request cancellation.

​

2. Incorrect Birth Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details. If incorrect information is submitted, we may not be able to provide a refund.

If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can determine whether the report can still be corrected.

3. Consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, please contact us in advance to request rescheduling.

Repeated no-shows or cancellations made at very short notice may not be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Technical or Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your purchased report due to a technical problem on our side, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to redeliver the report or resolve the issue.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
